FUN WALK: Join us for a day of family fun at Festival Park! Start off the day on the right foot with the 3rd annual Activate Elgin Mile family fun walk. The Fun Walk will begin at Festival Park in the North Direction, continuing along Riverside Ave to loop around Walton Island and back. A more detailed map of the course can be found here. Please note that the Start and Finish will be in the same location at Festival Park, not at the "Finish" location noted on the parade map.
WELLNESS FAIR: After the walk, be sure to visit the FREE wellness fair for chiropractic consultations, massages, blood pressure screenings, yoga workshops, Zumba demonstrations, martial arts demonstrations, interactive games, kids craft activities, storytelling, face painting, free giveaways, and more. Don't forget to dance along with the DJ and stay for the cooking demonstration by Jeff from In the Neighborhood Deli- samples will be provided!
EXTRAS: The first 200 people in attendance will receive free goodie bags and event t-shirts. Refreshments (water, bagels, fruit) provided by Professional Home Healthcare, Costco, and Panera Bread will also be available.
